Who We
Are: Texas State Certified Police Officers from
State, County and City Agencies across Texas (mostly Dallas/Fort
Worth area). Officers are called from a list and assigned based on
their expertise and requests. All officers adhere strictly to State
Laws, Superbowl, NFL and Arlington Police Guidelines. It is our
goal to provide you with a safe environment while visiting the
Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
This website is the Official Site of the Tarrant
County Constables Office (Home County of Superbowl XLV) and used to
assist with special Police/Security needs of Superbowl XLV.
Registration: This site is used
for registration for Police / Security / Escort and Special
Transportation Services within the Superbowl Events Area. It is
established for VIP's, Individuals and Event organizers outside of
the direct NFL agreements/contract for Security.
Qualification: VIP's,
Foreign-Federal-Local-State Dignitaries, Business Executives.
Types of
Service:

Special Events - An officer may remain with,
transport to and from based on request. Location based on requests
and availabilty. (Available 24/7)

Escorts - Vehicle Escorts are Limited
Availabilty and based on priority. Type of Vehicle used may
vary.

Transportation - Officers(s) may drive, ride
with, lead or follow. Vehicles may be provided based on needs and
availabilty. Most vehicles seat up to 4. Type of Vehicle used may
vary upon needs. Limo and Shuttle Service are available from
selected providers. Assigned officers will assist, based on needs.
Availability 24/7. (Non Superbowl Security Transportation averages
$150 One Way Trip Vehicle Provided 4 people)
- Family Security - Officers(s) may provide security for family
members at all times. (Available 24/7)

During Superbowl - An officer(s) may remain
with and or provide transportation to and from Superbowl, this is
not a Full Police Escort. (Limited Service)

Officers - Officers are assigned based on
needs and availabilty. Officers may be uniformed or non-uniformed
based on requests.
Cost: The
following is an estimated cost, may very per requests. Security
cost $65 to $250 an hr. Non-Superbowl Day Security is less cost
than Superbowl Sunday due to requests. You will be given a quote on
any and all requests made.
Confirmation: All registrations
will be notified if it's accepted or not. A form will be faxed and
or emailed to you. Once the form is returned, you will be given a
Registration and Identification Number with Details.
Payment: Any
scheduled events must be paid in full upon recieving a confirmation
number. Credit Cards may be used for payments. Failure to certify
payment within 24hrs of confirmation will cancel the
Registration(s).
